- Our designer generally determines the crop position.
- If there is something you do not want cropped, please tell us in the notes field.
- We do not provide background removal, compositing, or major color changes.
- For best results, upload a bright, clear, high-resolution image.

Each PERFECTPHOTO TILE is made from 3mm acrylic and carefully produced in Japan, one photo at a time.
Your photo is prepared, printed, finished, and checked before your tile is shipped to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my custom acrylic photo tile take to arrive?
Each tile is made to order in Japan. Production takes approximately 10 business days, and shipping to the U.S. takes approximately 2 weeks after dispatch. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
What if my photo is blurry or low quality?
If a photo's quality isn't suitable for printing, we'll contact you to confirm before production. For the best result, choose a bright, sharp photo where the subject appears large.
Can I preview the finished design before it's made?
The finish is left to our designers, who adjust the cropping to suit each photo. If there's anything you don't want cropped out, please tell us in the order notes.
Can I use a different photo for each tile?
Yes. With a set of 3 tiles, for example, each tile can be made from a different photo.
Does the acrylic photo tile stand on its own?
The tile itself does not stand on its own. Add a Ring Stand for shelves and desks, or a Magnetic Wall Mount for walls.
How much is U.S. shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more — a set of 3 tiles ($35) ships free. For orders under $35, shipping is calculated at checkout.
